Normal orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours and delivered in 1 –7 working days, depending on your location.
Customized/Printed orders require extra processing time (1–3 days) before dispatch.
Tracking details will be shared once the product is shipped.

All products are shipped after quality check. Custom printed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Damaged, defective, or wrong product received.

Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Before opening the package, a full unboxing video is mandatory as proof.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Note: Without a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package,
the return/refund request cannot be accepted.
