Refund & Return Policy

Return Process

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product at Email - bookmytees.in@gmail.com.

  • Submit a video showing the unopened package with visible damage.

  • once approved, we'll provide a return address.

  • Ship the product back within 7 days of approval.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.

Return for Damaged Products Only

  • We accept returns only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • Due to the unique, print-on-demand nature of out AI-generated designs, we cannot accept returns for size, color, or design preferences, as these items are not resellable.

Video Proof Requirement

  • Customers must provide clear video proof of the damaged product before opening the packaging to be eligible for a return or refund.

  • Refund Details:​​

1. Refund will be issued tho the original payment method or as store credit, at out discretion.

2. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged.

  • Shipping Costs for Returns:

1. We cover return shipping costs for approved damaged product returns.​

2. non-damaged or opened items are not eligible for returns.
